As a supporter of BRHA, you’ll be joining thousands of other people dedicated to rescuing abused and neglected animals, finding homes for abandoned pets and preventing animal abuse through education.

According to Gerry Beyer, Professor of Law, Texas Tech University School of Law, in Estate Planning for Non-Human Family Members,
Along with planning for your own four legged family, you might consider planning for animals in need in our community. Estate planning can help provide a future for Bitter Root Humane Association and the animals it cares for long into the future. There are several methods of planned giving. Two of them are “Charitable Remainder Trusts” and outright “Bequests”. Your attorney can guide you in developing a method for your charitable intentions; or we can assist you in contacting a specialized advisor who would help you ensure your vision is carried out.
